2010 Customer Satisfaction Survey:
Sales staff support was the number three reason customers turned to ILC Resources. Our field sales personnel averaged 97.8% customer satisfaction for knowledge, understanding needs, problem solving, responsiveness and courtesy.
A trio of salepersons travels throughout the ILC Resources service area to support our customers. Also available by phone or email, they put their product knowledge and problem-solving skills to work, customer by customer, to assure that mineral needs and customer requirements are met. Customers also can contact ILC headquarters throughout the business day for immediate product information and sales assistance.
Our primary service area includes Iowa, Kansas, Nebraska, Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Missouri and Colorado. But we also have customers throughout the U.S. and Canada.
